Irish Coconut Cocktail

The Irish Coconut rum cocktail comes from Dale DeGroff's The Craft of the Cocktail. It's a creamy rum cocktail that coconut fans will love! It works well as an alternative to more tired tropical drinks like pina coladas or can be a fantastic drink for the holidays.

Ingredients

Irish Coconut

• 3/4 ounce Irish cream or Baileys
• 3/4 ounce heavy cream or double cream
• 1/2 ounce coconut cream
• 2 ounces soda water

Equipment

Method

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Combine all of the ingredients poured over the ice.

3. Give all ingredients a good shake for at least 10 seconds.

4. Strain the ice into the shot glasses.

5. Top off with about 2 ounces of soda water and enjoy!
